NEED and NERA are happy to announce that the registration link is live for our Joint Summer Meeting 

“Building a Culture of Collaboration”.

This meeting is open to all NEED and NERA members, Northeast Administrative Heads, Northeast CARET Representatives, and members of the Northeast Communicators Network. We hope to see you there.

Lodging Information

Our primary hotel is the OMNI Providence RI, located at 1 West Exchange Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02903.

• Pet policy: The Omni is a pet friendly hotel for dogs and cats under 20 pounds. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $125 per reservation.

Parking and Transit Information

Parking: Overnight valet is available for $38 per night with unlimited in/out privileges. ​Self-parking is available at The Rhode Island Convention Center North Garage and at other local downtown pay lots located within close proximity.

Airport: Fly into T.F. Green airport (PVD). The hotel is 9.6 miles from the airport and about a 15-20 minute drive.

​Transit:

• The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Providence Amtrak Station.
• The hotel concierge can arrange car rental, limousine or town car service.
• The hotel is a 15–20 minute drive (10 miles) from T.F. Green Airport.
