University of Delaware Extension Assistant Professor honored for Excellence in Extension

Dr. Gordon Johnson, Assistant Professor and Fruits and Vegetables Extension Specialist at the University of Delaware, received the 2019 Northeast Region Excellence in Extension Award in honor of his work addressing challenges facing fruit and vegetable producers in Delaware and the broader mid-Atlantic region.

The award was conveyed during the Association of Public and Land Grant Universities’ 132nd Annual Meeting by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA), Cooperative Extension, and the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU).
